Good news: Upton resident talks on infertility

Overcoming the emotional challenges associated with infertility is the topic of a discussion being led by UPTON resident Kristen Magnacca Monday, Sept. 27, at Borders, Books, Music & Cafe in Boston.
The author of "Love and Infertility: Survival Strategies for Balancing Infertility, Marriage and Life," Magnacca will meet with readers, sign books and answer questions at the bookstore from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Using humor and personal accounts, her book offers 28 strategies to help infertile couples communicate more effectively and keep their marriages strong. Also the author of "Girlfriend to Girlfriend: A Fertility Companion," Magnacca has appeared on the "Today Show" and testified before the U.S. Senate about the need for government funding of fertility treatments and research.
